Role Overview
The After-sales Operations Program Manager will support the build-out of after-sales infrastructure on the US e-commerce platform, covering return network and process operations, and arbitration policy and execution for disputed orders.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include developing and optimizing return infrastructure, owning operational execution for arbitration workflows, defining and maintaining arbitration rules, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve end-to-end return and dispute resolution experiences.
