Join TikTok’s Scaled Growth Agency team to partner with agencies across Europe and Israel, driving Shop Ads revenue, agency education, merchant incubation, and long-term relationships at scale.
What You Will Do
Grow Shop Ads revenue, lead commercial conversations with agencies, provide strategic guidance on product adoption, campaign strategy, and optimization, and identify and create compelling sales propositions.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, digital marketing, or eCommerce account management/client services
- Experience working with agencies, TSPs (TikTok Shop Partners), or in an agency partnership-type role
- High oral and written fluency in German and in English
