Role Overview
Join TikTok’s Scaled Growth Agency team to partner with agencies across Europe and Israel, driving Shop Ads adoption and revenue growth. The role requires strong consultative sales skills, e-Commerce acumen, and a passion for partnerships.
What You Will Do
Raise Shop Ads revenue, lead commercial conversations with agencies, and provide strategic guidance on product adoption and campaign strategy. Identify and create compelling sales propositions, grow a deep understanding of TikTok Shop’s product developments, and demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business.

Requirements
- Experience in advertising sales, business development, digital marketing, or eCommerce account management/client services with direct client management experience.
- Experience working with agencies, TSPs (TikTok Shop Partners), or in an agency partnership-type role.
- Ability to influence buy-in, build strong relationships, and establish trust with stakeholders while prioritizing and managing a high-volume book of business, tasks, and projects within a fast-paced environment.
