Role Overview
Join the dynamic SMB team at TikTok, where you’ll drive merchant acquisition through outreach activities, events, and partner collaborations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to engage merchants and support their growth on TikTok Shop. This role requires a hands-on operator who can build qualified merchant pipelines and turn merchant engagement into sustainable growth outcomes.
What You Will Do
Drive SMB merchant acquisition through proactive outreach activities, build and manage a strong merchant pipeline, own the planning and hosting of TikTok Shop SMB workshops, and represent TikTok Shop SMB in the broader seller ecosystem.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, merchant acquisition, sales, partnerships, account management, or ecommerce growth
- Proven experience driving business growth through proactive outreach activities, events, partnerships, or related demand-generation initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to host, present, or support online and offline workshops or events
- Experience managing partners or external stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
- Excellent command of both Vietnamese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
