Role Overview
The Japan Scaled Growth team owns the product strategy and operations tailored to agency, channel sales and vendor sales businesses. We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing professional to lead go-to-market strategy and drive product adoption for TikTok’s advertising solutions in Japan.
What You Will Do
Lead regional product strategy, drive product adoption, market penetration, and product-market fit in Japan through strong market insight and cross-functional execution. Define revenue growth priorities for the Japan business and shape initiatives across acquisition, expansion, and retention.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in media, digital advertising, or related industries in Product Marketing, Strategy, Agency, Account Management, or other relevant client-facing roles
- Experience driving product adoption and go-to-market execution across a range of marketing objectives
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to drive business outcomes
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Customer-oriented mindset, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of delivering against business goals
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and exercise sound judgment
- Professional proficiency in both Japanese and English
