Role Overview
The Scaled Growth team owns the product strategy and operations tailored to agency, channel sales and vendor sales businesses. We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing professional to lead go-to-market strategy and drive product adoption for TikTok’s advertising solutions in Europe.
What You Will Do
Lead go-to-market planning for key advertising products in Europe, drive product adoption, penetration, and incremental revenue growth through agency partners. Support strategic agency accounts and scale winning solutions, lead agency revenue growth strategy.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree or above, or equivalent practical experience
- Extensive experience in media, digital advertising, or related industries in Product Marketing, Strategy, Agency, Account Management, or other relevant client-facing roles
- Experience driving product adoption and go-to-market execution across a range of marketing objectives
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to drive business outcomes
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Customer-oriented mindset, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of delivering against business goals
