Role Overview
The LIVE Operations team is responsible for everything related to TikTok LIVE, including content strategy, monetization, and data analysis. The successful candidate will develop new creator agencies and business partnerships for TikTok LIVE.
What You Will Do
Plan and operate live streaming events, launch marketing activities, cooperate with partners, and manage goals and KPIs.

Strong analytical skills, data-driven experience, and business acumen in emerging industries are required. Experience in tech & media industry, connections with modeling, media, TV, celebrities, and live streaming applications are preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3 years of experience in content, campaign, marketing or partnerships roles
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven experience
- Experience in tech & media industry (advantageous)
- Connections with modeling, media, TV, celebrities and live streaming applications (preferred)
- Strong business acumen in emerging industries (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
