Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Raleigh, North Carolina office. This role is responsible for developing and managing a strategic pipeline that drives revenue growth through business-to-business sales of Timmons Group services across the greater Raleigh region and eastern North Carolina.
What You Will Do
Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive insights across the region, develop and execute pursuit and capture strategies for key opportunities, and build and maintain long-term, strategic client relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of business development experience; AEC industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a pipeline that supports revenue growth
- Experience developing capture strategies and advancing pursuits
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to articulate the value of professional services to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously
- Experience supporting proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Vantagepoint preferred)
