Role Overview
As Head of Performance Marketing, you will lead the Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, CRM/Retention, and Affiliate Marketing areas, developing a comprehensive roadmap and implementing strategies for performance, CRM, and affiliate marketing. You will be responsible for the allocation of a multi-million euro marketing budget and will work closely with the VP and Growth & BI Team to achieve revenue growth and efficiency goals.
What You Will Do
Your tasks will include developing data-driven solutions for complex marketing challenges, implementing efficient processes between channels, and providing well-founded insights and forecasts to the Leadership Team and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in data-driven marketing (E-commerce/Scale-up environment an advantage)
- Leadership experience of interdisciplinary teams
- Strong expertise in Performance Marketing (SEA, Social, Display, Bid- & Feed-Management, Branding)
- Solid understanding of modern CRM/Retention Marketing (Marketing Automation, Personalization)
- Analytical thinking and structured handling of numbers (including data knowledge in connection with complex multi-channel attributions, BI tools, and relevant KPIs)
- Excellent business understanding and communication skills
