Role Overview
As Marketing Lead (Performance Marketing), you will be the central interface and strategic representation of our VP Growth & Business Analytics. You will take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, CRM/Retention, and Affiliate Marketing areas.
What You Will Do
You will oversee all acquisition and retention channels (SEA, Social, Online-Video, EMail/CRM, Affiliate) across four European markets and develop a seasoned, international team of 5-6 people strategically and operationally further.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You will be responsible for allocating our multi-million euro marketing budget across all acquisition and retention channels, and will develop the comprehensive roadmap and implement the strategy for Performance, CRM, and Affiliate.
Requirements
- Relevant work experience in data-driven marketing (E-commerce/Scale-up environment is an advantage)
- Leadership experience of interdisciplinary teams
- Strong expert knowledge in performance marketing (SEA, Social, Display, Bid- & Feed-Management, Branding)
- Solid understanding of modern CRM/Retention marketing (Marketing Automation, Personalization)
- Excellent business understanding, developed analytical thinking, and an absolutely structured handling of numbers
