Role Overview

Join Too Good To Go Canada’s Growth team as a Bilingual Partner Growth Specialist to act as the main contact for a portfolio of partner stores, building relationships and resolving issues to improve performance and retention.

What You Will Do

Drive store portfolio success through communication, build strong relationships with partners, manage retention cases, and contribute to projects focused on improving key KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bilingual or business proficiency in French
  • Experience in a B2B client-facing role
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and data analytics platforms (e.g. Looker, Tableau)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, an empathetic and patient approach
  • Autonomous and independent, with the ability to schedule time and juggle multiple tasks
