Role Overview
The Sales Project Manager serves as a strategic execution partner to the VP of Sales, translating sales strategy into clear, executable plans with disciplined follow-through and measurable outcomes.
What You Will Do
Manage sales commitments, enforce execution and follow-up discipline, establish routine check-ins with Sales & Customer Care, and coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Project Management, or a related execution-focused role
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and accountability discipline
- High comfort with technology and execution-oriented tools
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and executive communication
- Early adopter of AI tools with demonstrated productivity impact
- Clear, concise communicator with executive-level judgment
- Self-starter who takes ownership without needing direction
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influence skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-department environment
