Role Overview
An Account Manager has to be experienced to manage all types of accounts and to handle an all time great relationship with merchants. They serve as the interface between the merchants and the Business Development team in the company.
What You Will Do
Serve as the lead point of contact for all Merchants on account management matters, build and maintain strong merchant relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

This role requires problem solving skills, analytical skills, and experience with CRM software and MS Office. The ideal candidate has a BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field, and extensive product knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or similar role
- Problem solving skills and analytical skills
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
- Extensive, accurate product knowledge
