Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will work directly with the Sales and Marketing Director to analyze existing marketing strategy and devise and implement an online strategy to provide growth opportunities. You will be responsible for reviewing and taking ownership of the marketing strategy, defining and managing web assets, and increasing awareness and market share for the brand and overall business.
What You Will Do
Review and take ownership of the marketing strategy, define and manage web assets, work with the Director to ensure high quality traffic is being attracted to our multiple web sites, increase awareness and market share for the brand and overall business, formulate and implement marketing and communication action plans and media strategy to achieve optimum exposure and achieve defined business objectives.

Requirements
- Graduate of either Business, Marketing or PR related field
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Digital Marketing
- Demonstrated experience in devising and implementing an online strategy for a medium sized business and implementation of best practices for SEO, SMM and digital marketing campaigns
- Proven record and thorough knowledge of SEO, SEO latest trends and search engine algorithms
- Excellent creative copy writing, communication and analytical skills
- Multichannel digital marketing experience
- Experience with web content management and applications
- Previous experience in an office environment
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong strategic understanding of the online business environment
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the digital marketing environment and web and database infrastructure
- Thorough knowledge of and understanding of targeting tools, consumer segments and analytics tools
- Google Advertising Professional certification is an advantage
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to design and implement work flow strategies
- A mature approach to working independently and a personable attitude to working in a team environment
- A responsible attitude to life and work
