Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager with 3+ years of experience to own Turnkey’s digital marketing presence (CRM, website, social media) and support audience engagement and business growth.
What You Will Do
Manage website updates, issues, and ongoing optimization, write and produce marketing emails, create segmented email lists, and serve as a HubSpot resource for the wider organisation.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing
- Experience in the consulting, technology, or cybersecurity industries is preferred
- Expertise in HubSpot, including website management, automated workflows, email marketing, social media management, reporting, and data analysis
- Strong communication and creative skills
- Adeptness in using social media to attract and engage audiences
- Keen attention to detail and a strong logical and analytical mindset
- Ability to use AI effectively and deliver high-quality outputs with human oversight
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Resourcefulness to investigate challenges and solve problems
- Passion for digital marketing and a proactive approach to learning and development
