Role Overview
Design and implement marketing campaign strategies to promote the sale of company products and services in annuities, life insurance, mutual funds, employee benefits, and retirement. Drive engagement with financial professionals through product marketing, brand affinity, and the launch of new products/solutions.
What You Will Do
Partner with Marketing Director to create strategic campaign plans, establish customer goals, and define key performance metrics. Lead staff in the design, build, and implementation of multiple complex and concurrent campaigns.

Eight years of marketing communications, digital marketing, or project management experience, with three years of marketing experience in financial services or a related industry. Thorough understanding of traditional and digital platforms, experience managing projects/processes, and technical acumen to design campaigns that optimize the use of marketing platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent experience
- Eight years of marketing communications, digital marketing, or project management experience
- Three years of marketing experience in financial services or a related industry
- Thorough understanding of traditional and digital platforms
- Experience managing projects/processes
- Technical acumen to design campaigns that optimize the use of marketing platforms
- Analytical and decision-making skills to identify and prioritize critical issues
