Role Overview
Support numerous internal functions, including Sales, Consultant Relations, Marketing, Product, and Solution leaders, with a focus on driving the go-to-market function forward. Operate within a lean team, at a fast pace, with necessary autonomy and proactiveness.
What You Will Do
Administer and maintain Salesforce instance, generate weekly reports, build and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics, and provide analytical insight to drive business action.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ideal candidate has 5-7 years of Sales Operations experience, supporting an external go-to-market team, with deep knowledge and experience working in Salesforce and AI tools.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of Sales Operations experience
- Proven prior history of supporting B2B organizations, ideally in the digital health space
- Deep knowledge and experience working in Salesforce
- Experience interfacing with AI tools
- Expertise in tools such as Tableau
