Role Overview
This position is responsible for achieving defined sales targets, assisting in personnel selection and development, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will adhere to and administer sales policies and guidelines, effectively deliver sales targets, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
What You Will Do
Deliver required sales targets by closing transactions daily, train, evaluate, and monitor the performance goals of direct reports, and collaborate with the Site Trainer in facilitating initial and ongoing training.
