Role Overview
Lead growth initiatives across the US Industrial Northeast Region, developing and executing strategic sales plans to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability.
What You Will Do
Identify new business opportunities, strengthen channel partnerships, support consulting engineers and end users, and drive sales performance through effective territory management and forecasting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Marketing, or Business
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership or management experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or core served markets
- Demonstrated success growing revenue and market share within a defined territory
- Experience managing manufacturer representatives and/or distributor networks preferred
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
