Revenue Cycle – Sr Business Intelligence Developer

Role Overview

Designs and implements reporting applications, including BI dashboards, reporting cubes, emails, and batch reports. Works with project lead, business users, and analysts to gather requirements and prepare specifications. Contributes to the organization’s Business Intelligence strategy and provides production support for BI capabilities.

What You Will Do

Develops, implements, and maintains test strategies and plans. Mentors and assists other BI Developers, Data Analysts, and power users. Leads peer reviews of solution designs and related code reviews. Works with end users on specific questions regarding the use of BI tools and data.

Requires a strong proficiency in leading technical projects, assignments, and analysis. Interfaces with director-level and staff positions. Experience working with multiple healthcare business disciplines is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or information technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Information Technology
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working as a BI developer in a large data warehouse and business intelligence environment
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with BI technologies such as Business Objects, Cognos, Qlikview, Tableau
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience writing and tuning advance SQL
• Demonstrated mastery and experience in creation and maintenance of Business Intelligence (BI) tool suites
• Strong proficiency in leading technical projects, assignments, and analysis
• Excellent organization, analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in teams and in a self-directed work environment

• Hourly pay ranges: $47.23 – $70.85
