Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of Business Development Associates within Triumph Carrier Sales. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting the pace, building a strong sales culture, and ensuring the team consistently hits and exceeds performance goals.
What You Will Do
Leading and motivating a high-performance BDA sales team to achieve aggressive growth targets, setting clear expectations, quotas, and performance goals, and tracking sales activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.

5+ years of sales experience with at least 3+ years leading and managing sales teams, proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales goals and quotas, and experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup-style environments.
