Role Overview
Trulieve Marketing Managers are responsible for executing national campaigns and brand strategies at the local level. They work closely with retail sales and production organizations to build brand awareness and drive sales. Success is measured by key metrics such as customer count, customer retention, and average ticket size.
What You Will Do
The Marketing Manager will collaborate with national marketing teams, sales teams, and production teams to develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives. They will also be responsible for monitoring performance and reporting on results of marketing campaigns and promotions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 4+ years of working experience in marketing
- Successful track record of fostering valuable partnerships with sales and helping them hit their quotas
- Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
- Knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, event planning, and other advertising mediums
- Ability to plan, execute, and analyze an overall marketing strategy
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and work effectively with a variety of tasks and business partners
- Acute attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
