Role Overview
The District Sales Manager – Retail will oversee all sales conducted through the retail channel in an assigned District, growing top line sales and achieving budget goals. They will lead and manage the skills and performance of sales team members, providing leadership and management to successfully accomplish these objectives.
What You Will Do
The DSM-Retail will be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance and outcomes of the Sales & Design Consultants (SDC) in assigned district, providing on-the-ground support for sales employees, conducting employee performance reviews, and reviewing pipeline health and CRM usage.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR
- Experience in successful business-to-consumer sales and sales management in large ticket products
- Hands-on computer skills in Microsoft Office suite and Internet applications
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
- Ability to solve complex business problems using sound logic and good judgment
