Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated engineering professional to support the Director of Next-Generation Geothermal Projects in commercial and business development activities. The role involves business development, market and competitor analysis, key account support, and proposal preparation.

What You Will Do

Support business development, contribute to market and competitor analysis, manage key accounts, prepare technical and commercial proposals, participate in sales activities, and assist in operational tasks.

Ideal candidate will have 4+ years of sales and business development experience in the power generation industry, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Mechanical or Electrical engineering
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Sales/business development experience in power generation equipment manufacturing or consultancy
  • Solid foundation in thermodynamics and energy production systems
  • Professional-level English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently
