Role Overview

As a National Sales Manager, you will lead a team of salespeople to drive revenue and build client relationships. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key business clients, recruiting, training, and developing your team, and evaluating sales performance and market trends.

What You Will Do

You will generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and meet customer needs. You will also collaborate with sales teams to generate sales leads and promote product innovation.

Requirements

  • Strong business planning, financial fact-based selling skills
  • Good written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Must have, and maintain, a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Extensive car travel and overnight stays required
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Good analytical skills; ability to interpret/communicate industry data
  • Strong business math concepts (i.e. gross margins, selling price, COGS, ROI, etc.)
  • Collaborate well in a team environment and develop account relationships
