AI Specialist Revenue Operations

Role Overview

The AI Specialist, Revenue Operations is responsible for building and running AI workloads that support the global revenue organization. The role develops automations and agent features against a defined specification, owns the operational work that keeps live AI systems healthy and measurably effective, and assists in establishing the working practices that Revenue Operations will follow.

What You Will Do

Builds automations and AI agent features, authors and runs evaluation test cases, curates and maintains knowledge bases, monitors live AI workloads, and supports the movement of AI workloads into production.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building with large language model APIs
• Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript
• Practical experience integrating with REST APIs
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational data structures
• Excellent written communication skills
• Legal eligibility for authorized employment within the Philippines region
• Fluent in verbal and written English
