Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will drive business growth and expand market opportunities in Spain and Portugal for Turner & Townsend’s Data Centre Business. This role involves building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to enhance competitiveness.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include client relationship management, business development, bid and proposal support, and pipeline management. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and establish Turner & Townsend as the leading consultancy in Spain and Portugal.

Requirements
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development within professional services
- Proven success in winning work, shaping client opportunities, and driving business development
- Proactive, detail driven, and hands on, with a collaborative approach to problem solving
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage clients and senior management
