Role Overview

TYLin is seeking a dynamic and strategic manager to help drive business growth and elevate pursuit efforts across the greater New York City region. As a manager of a pursuits team, you will have the opportunity to shape pursuit strategies, craft compelling messaging, and lead high-performing teams.

Manage pursuit team, develop compelling proposals and marketing collateral, lead high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement in pursuit process and messaging.

Requirements

  • BS degree in marketing, communications, or technical related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in A/E/C industry
  • Experience with MTA C&D is required
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, and attention to detail required
  • Proficiency using MS Office (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Adobe (including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat)
  • Knowledge of Deltek and OpenAsset preferred
