Role Overview
Uber Freight Mexico is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to develop and maintain sales forecasts, quota plans, and territory assignments for the expansion sales team. The role involves analyzing pipeline health, conversion metrics, and deal progression to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
What You Will Do
Support territory planning, account segmentation, and resource allocation strategies. Partner with sales managers on coaching and performance management initiatives. Own Salesforce CRM hygiene, data governance, and reporting infrastructure.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, sales planning, or commercial analytics. Strong proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are also necessary.
