Role Overview
This role sits at the center of the sales organization and serves as the operational backbone supporting Sales Acquisition and Expansion teams. The person in this role will own many of the day-to-day processes that keep the business running smoothly, including Salesforce administration, reporting and dashboard development, forecast support, territory management, pipeline tracking, and ad hoc analysis.
What You Will Do
Maintain day-to-day CRM hygiene and data integrity in Salesforce, build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards, support the weekly forecast and pipeline review cadence, administer territory and account assignment changes, serve as first-line support for reps and frontline managers, own ad hoc analysis requests, and help maintain documentation and playbooks for sales processes.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similarly analytical, cross-functional role
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (reports, dashboards, basic admin functions)
- Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets at an advanced level (pivot tables, lookups)
- Sharp attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple ad hoc requests against a backdrop of recurring deadlines
