Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and convert new business opportunities, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and driving sustainable revenue growth through tailored, performance-driven solutions.
What You Will Do
Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities, build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads, lead discovery conversations, track activity and pipeline performance, and consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development and sales

- Experience working with clients in forex, CFD, fintech, or financial services is highly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple active deals through the full sales cycle to conversion
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and business expansion
