Role Overview
The Head of Growth is responsible for driving the strategic direction, commercial growth, product evolution, and long-term market relevance of assigned event brands across multiple editions, markets and formats.
What You Will Do
Lead the overall growth strategy and long-term positioning of the event brand, define audience segments, market priorities, and commercial direction, and drive innovation across event formats, networking experiences, awards, digital products, and community initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in fintech, financial services, events, media, or commercial growth roles.
- Strong knowledge of the retail trading, brokerage, fintech, and financial services ecosystem.
- Commercially minded with experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams.
- Ability to translate market insight into clear strategic direction and practical growth plans.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with data-led decision-making, performance tracking, and revenue growth strategies.
