Role Overview
The Marketing Department plays a vital role in promoting the business by coordinating all communication to deliver the value of the company’s products and corporate stance. The Digital marketing team works to increase brand awareness, acquire new customers, foster customer engagement, and drive conversions through various digital marketing strategies across the channels.
What You Will Do
Lead the planning and execution of integrated digital campaigns, own SNS strategy and performance, develop and optimize CRM strategies, leverage data and customer insights to refine targeting strategies, and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or related fields
- At least 05 years of digital marketing experience in the retail industry
- Expertise in leading in-house performance marketing
- Good understanding of consumer marketing in fashion retail industry
- English: Business level (both written & verbal)
- Good analytical skills to draw insights from data and reflect them to actions
