Digital Marketing Manager – Plastics & Elastomers

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager, Plastics & Elastomers, will develop, execute, and report on customer-facing strategic marketing plans and activities in collaboration with suppliers and product management. This role is responsible for the successful implementation of traditional and digital marketing campaigns for ChemPoint to maximize new business.

What You Will Do

Partner with Product Managers, Industry Managers, and Suppliers to develop and report on targeted marketing plans by industry team, define goals and strategic initiatives, conduct market analysis, and build presentation decks and present market insights, analysis, and consultation on the execution of strategic initiatives to supplier partners.

Success in this role requires prior marketing experience within the personal care and/or nutrition industries, including familiarity with formulation-driven products, supplier collaboration, and customer decision-making in P&E markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a fully accredited four-year institution or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, management, and direct sales
• Strong knowledge and experience using PC and Windows operating systems
• Strong knowledge and experience working with MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
• Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies, primarily online across all digital marketing channels
• Excellent ability to solve complex and challenging situations
• Strong written and verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to adapt behavior and communication style to effectively interact with others when addressing challenges and objectives
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and proper short- and long-term execution
