Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to strengthen our internal team. The role combines marketing operations, candidate journey, CRM & automation, funnel and conversion topics, as well as operational delivery.
What You Will Do
You will develop our candidate journey operationally further, optimize digital touchpoints, support the construction and optimization of CRM and automation flows, and implement landing pages, mail flows, and other digital marketing measures.

Requirements
- Successful completion of a degree or comparable training in marketing, communication, or media
- First relevant experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or CRM/automation
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Understanding of funnels, candidate journeys, and conversion logics
- Operational ownership mindset and joy in pragmatically implementing things
