What You Will Do

Develop and execute a marketing strategy, own and optimise the marketing function within HubSpot, generate high-quality marketing-qualified leads, improve marketing-to-sales alignment, and lead the planning and execution of exhibitions and product launches.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior B2B marketing role within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, machinery, equipment hire, technical products, or similar sectors
• Demonstrable success in building pipeline and generating measurable commercial outcomes
• Strong HubSpot expertise with hands-on ownership of CRM marketing, automation, segmentation, reporting, and lead management
• Experience working within lean, fast-moving businesses where autonomy and accountability are expected
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, proposition development, sales enablement, and conversion-focused marketing
• Experience managing agencies, suppliers, budgets, and marketing performance metrics
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence senior leadership
