Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Linerless Sales Manager to grow linerless label solutions in the US. This role is designed for a true hunter—someone who thrives in new business development, displacing incumbent materials, and converting prospects to innovative, sustainable solutions.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement sales strategies to strengthen UPM’s presence in the North American label market, identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities with both existing and new customers, and manage and grow large, complex accounts.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in outside sales in areas such as food packaging, pressure-sensitive labels, adhesive materials or consumables
- Experience in new business development and working in competitive environments
- Comfortable with prospecting, negotiation and closing activities
- Proactive and take initiative in your work
- Demonstrate persistence and motivation to achieve goals
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline in a structured and organized way
