Role Overview

Urban Outfitters is seeking a visionary Head of Brand Marketing to champion and evolve our brand legacy. You will drive innovative, social video-first strategies and comprehensive omnichannel campaigns that resonate with our audience and create excitement for the brand.

What You Will Do

Lead concept-development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, drive social strategy, and oversee PR communication strategies.

Requirements

  • 12+ years demonstrated track-record for driving business impact through the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across organic channels
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related creative field
  • Demonstrated track record for driving business impact through strategic marketing initiatives in a consumer-facing brand
  • Creative thinker who can toggle between blue-sky ideation and analytical planning grounded in KPIs
  • Advanced knowledge of emerging social/digital media channels and a deep obsession with the cultural zeitgeist
  • Excellent communication, persuasive storytelling, and project management skills
  • Passion and excitement for Urban Outfitters customer
