Role Overview
As an Account Manager I, you will demonstrate excellence in customer service through solid communication and interpersonal skills, engaging face-to-face with Vancity’s membership. You will build trust with members and provide best advice to help them achieve their financial goals.
What You Will Do
Providing comprehensive, financial and relationship-based advice to grow and maintain assigned and unassigned members’ portfolios. Identifying and assessing member/prospect needs to provide appropriate products and services.

Requirements
- High school diploma
- Completion of Financial Planning Coursework
- Financial Industry Experience: One year of member service experience in the financial industry
