Role Overview
The Sales Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales organization through quote management, deal structuring, and operational excellence. This position is responsible for reviewing and building quotes, ensuring pricing accuracy and policy compliance, and collaborating with sales, finance, and legal teams to structure complex deals.
What You Will Do
Manage and oversee the entire process of delivering license files to customers, ensure accurate and timely distribution of purchase orders, and efficiently handle the intake of incoming cases. Collaborate closely with the sales team to support their activities within Salesforce, assist in tasks such as quoting, deal closing, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience reviewing or building quotes, processing orders, or supporting sales teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools
- Basic understanding of sales processes, quoting workflows, and contract terms
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data in spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive pricing and customer information confidentially
- Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn complex deal structures and pricing models
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
