Product Marketing Director, Velocity

Role Overview

Veeam is seeking a Director of Velocity Product Marketing to lead the go-to-market strategy for Veeam’s SMB and Mid-Market business. This leader will define the positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy that accelerates pipeline, customer adoption, and revenue across high-volume customer segments.

What You Will Do

Own the product marketing strategy for SMB and Mid-Market segments, including segmentation, personas, positioning, messaging, competitive strategy, and GTM priorities. Develop scalable messaging, sales plays, enablement, and partner content that drives consistency across global routes to market.

10+ years of B2B product marketing, GTM strategy, or solutions marketing experience, including several years leading product marketing teams. Proven experience developing GTM strategy for SMB, Commercial, or Mid-Market technology businesses.

Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B product marketing, GTM strategy, or solutions marketing experience
• Proven experience developing GTM strategy for SMB, Commercial, or Mid-Market technology businesses
• Strong expertise in positioning, messaging, launches, competitive strategy, and sales enablement
• Demonstrated success partnering with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, Channel, and Executive Leadership
• Experience in data protection, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or enterprise software is strongly preferred
