Role Overview
The Sales Development Program is designed to create a strong sales talent pipeline by developing new industry talent. Participants will learn foundational sales skills, acquire experience, and gain exposure to senior leadership. The program is a two-year program that includes training, mentorship, and inner and outer program collaboration.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities may include training to become an expert of Vertiv’s various solutions, assisting with approvals of customization of Vertiv’s products/solutions, participating in inbound and outbound calls to Vertiv’s customers, and working with various sales tools.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, and MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a team and implement process solutions with objective, measurable results
- Adaptable with the desire to learn and advance
