Role Overview
The Sr. Product Marketing Manager (Retail) is responsible for driving retail specific product marketing strategy, pricing, packaging, and positioning to win in the retail accounts. This role partners closely with Retail Sales, Product Management, and Creative teams to ensure product competitiveness, profitable growth, and strong retail execution.

Drive Retail Pricing Strategy and Category Financial Targets, Own Product Positioning and Portfolio Strategy for Retail, Develop and Execute Retail Channel Growth Models, Lead Channel Specific Competitive Analysis and Assortment Planning, Own Retail Displays & Packaging Strategy

Requirements
- 5+ years in product marketing, category management, or channel marketing roles with a retail focus
- Deep knowledge of retail go-to-market, pricing strategies, and promotional execution
- Strong understanding of retail buyer behavior, merchandising strategies, and store-level tactics
- Experience collaborating with sales teams and managing P&L drivers such as pricing, promotions, and profitability
