As a Sales Lead, you will support the store leadership team by ensuring the highest level of customer engagement and sales results are achieved. You will model the voice of our brand and provide sales-related feedback and coach associate performance. What You Will Do
Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales and goals by monitoring sales progress & results against key targets. Foster a consumer centric mindset and an inclusive store environment, while modeling selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers.

- 1 year of related professional retail experience
