Role Overview
As a Provider Relations Account Manager, you will support and manage business relationships with the HOMELINK provider network, providing a high-quality customer experience to HOMELINK providers and maintaining and building upon strong business relationships with providers.
What You Will Do
Maintain strong business relationships with HOMELINK’s provider network through ongoing customer service, engagement efforts, trust building, and communication. Collaborate with network development executives and other cross-functional team members to determine areas of focus for network development.

Requirements
- High school diploma/GED desired
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Must comply with continuing education per Company, regulatory, contractual, and accreditation requirements
- Ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
- Exemplary communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate via phone, email, and various communication platforms
- Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of various healthcare industry billing and/or coding terminologies such as ICD-10, HCPCS, CPT, modifiers, and various Medicare LCDs
