Role Overview
The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day execution of client programs, working in partnership with the Client Services teams and our COE (Center of Excellence) to execute social-first marketing strategies built to deliver on client goals.
What You Will Do
Proactively build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; Demonstrate a good understanding of influencer, affiliate, and social media marketing and keep up to date with current industry trends; Execute and oversee strategies including influencer marketing, affiliate strategy, CRM strategy, community management etc.;

At least 3 years of experience in advertising services, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, etc.; Experience working as a part of an IAT (inter-agency team); Experience in developing and executing successful client programs; Experience working on affiliate programs with total revenue exceeding $1M;
Requirements

- Direct experience with CRM & Mail Merge tools and platforms
- Experience working with complex Excel/Google Sheet processes, formulas, and script integration
- Passion and understanding for the interest of influencer and affiliate marketing
- Experience with effectively delegating and/or executing many tactical assignments and accurately elevating and reviewing the work of junior staff
- Proactive and unafraid to manage up
