As a Solutions Business Development Representative, you will be a strategic, consultative sales development role focused on identifying business problems, mapping solutions, and creating qualified opportunities within Fortune 500 enterprise accounts.
What You Will Do
Execute strategic, research-driven outbound prospecting through phone/video calls, emails, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other channels, delivering 30-50 highly personalized touches per day to Fortune 500 enterprises and key decision-makers.

Requirements
- 2+ years of Sales Development / Lead generation and or sales experience in B2B environments, especially in the software industry
- Experience targeting the Healthcare vertical
- Proven track record of consultative selling and complex opportunity qualification
- Self Motivated and Self Organized with the ability to make things happen without supervision or tight control
- Salesforce, Gong, Linkedin, LinkedIn Sales Nav Sales engagement tools (like Gong Engage and Outreach), zoominfo, Gen AI Tools, and 6sense experience
- Outbound experience targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise companies
