Role Overview

The Director of Business Development will lead sales teams, with a strong history of performing and training on sales processes, cold calling, proposal creation, relationship building, and sales reporting. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating and leadership skills.

Represent the company’s products and services, assist sales leadership, build a sales team, generate leads, and develop sales strategies to meet sales quotas.
