Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager will execute marketing activities to acquire new members, retain existing members, manage paid digital marketing efforts, and drive volume for assigned lines of business. The role will leverage data analytics tools to develop and lead direct marketing efforts and provide project management support.
What You Will Do
Manage marketing acquisition program, lead strategy to acquire new members, manage marketing automation and personalization software, develop comprehensive growth strategy, leverage MCIF data to measure/report on campaign results, and work with internal and external partners to develop campaign creative briefs.
