Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen our team in Solna. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and driving growth through proactive prospecting and expansion of the customer base.
What You Will Do
Your key responsibilities will include sales and business development, account management, market expansion and strategy, technical and product representation, internal coordination and reporting, and compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements
- Experience in sales or account management, ideally in the chemical or industrial sector for minimum 5 years

- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes
- Willingness to develop in the given function for a minimum of 3 years
